SeedLiving’s privacy policy

SeedLiving will not sell or disclose your name or email address to third a party without your explicit consent. Your username is displayed throughout SeedLiving (and available to the public) and is connected to all of your SeedLiving activity. Other people can see your available purchases, items for sale, profile and associated comments. SeedLiving collects personal information when you register to use SeedLiving services or to post content on SeedLiving. At registration you are asked for your email address and certain other optional information. If you would like to obtain a Seller or Swap account, SeedLiving will ask for your billing address, phone number and growing zone.

SeedLiving uses information for the following reasons: identification and authentication, service improvement, contact and research. IP addresses are automatically reported by your browser each time you view a web page. Your IP address is stored in SeedLiving’s user registration databases when you register with us. SeedLiving will send you a welcome/ confirmation email when you sign up for SeedLiving’s services. Receipt of this email is required for using SeedLiving’s services. SeedLiving will send you service-related news at times when it is necessary to do so. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account by emailing support@seedliving.com from the email address you signed up with. Seedliving may email you with administrative messages. Seedliving will not sell or rent your personal information to a third party without your explicit consent. Your information may be used to improve and personalize services and content.

When you post a message, your SeedLiving username is visible to others. If you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from others. SeedLiving may be required to disclose personal information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the SeedLiving Terms of Use. SeedLiving may disclose personally information to parties when SeedLiving believes necessary in connection with an investigation of suspected unlawful activity or to protect SeedLiving from financial loss. In such events, SeedLiving may disclose name, street address, city, country, phone number and email address.
